Returns
We strive to do our best.  However, if there is an error on your order, please accept our apologies.  Contact us upon receipt and we'll gladly fix it.

Returns on damaged shipments require immediate notification of the carrier.  If you received a package that appears to be damaged in any way, ask the delivery driver to note the shipment as damaged.  Upon inspection, if the goods are truly damaged we can then file a claim on your behalf.

Custom items cannot be returned for credit unless we made an error in production.  This includes any engraved, molded or custom printed items.

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days with a prior RA number (Return Authorization). Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping
We will ship promptly upon receipt of your order.  If there will be an extended delay in shipping any item(s) we will contact you.  Shipping costs calculated by this on-line system are based on the weight of all items in one box.  However, in actuality your shipment may consist of items that are "oversize" or the shipment may require multiple boxes which can result in higher shipping charges.  We reserve the right to make minor adjustments in shipping charges, and will contact you if there is a significant difference.

Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to correct layout errors.

Sales Tax
Orders from Illinois residents will be charged sales tax unless we have a certificate of resale with your Illinois retailers tax number and your signature for our files.

Privacy Policy
We agree not to share or sell your information.  All information is collected for the sole purpose of contacting, billing and shipping.
